Shop was very helpful and expedient at helping me fix an issue I had made in filling out shipping info. Great product and fantastic customer service!
Richard Pinto Verified purchase
This is a great addition to the Gaggia. I purchased it so that I would have space for using a scale or larger cup, and it definitely helps while still having enough drip tray capacity to not make a mess.
What I did NOT expect is how much nicer it makes the entire machine look! The stainless is well crafted, and having the all stainless tray elevated the aesthetics of the Gaggia substantially. Highly Recommended!
William Bicknell Verified purchase

I had a 3d printed low profile tray and it leaked everywhere. I was constantly cleaning up messes. It was also white and completely stained and gross looking. This tray has been perfect. It arrived very quickly to my home in the US. I would definitely buy this again.

Solid construction. High quality. Beautiful finish. Transforms the look of the Gaggia. Replaced a popular 3D printed low profile tray that was leaky, uneven, and cracked. So happy with this one.

This shipped so incredibly fast and the end result is phenomenal. The quality is very high and it makes the machine look much more high end!
Davey Sawatzky Verified purchase
it arrived sooner than I expected, the quality is great and it’s a joy to work with, customer service was also great and made sure I got everything I needed, I can fit a full sized mug in my Gaggia classic pro now between this and a bottomless portafilter.

Love the tray, it was built great and fits perfectly!
Terry Verified purchase
The tray is a great height and looks fantastic, I’m happy to have it in place of the original. I only wish the tray hooked into the holes in machine as the original one does so it didn’t shift around while placing my scale and cup.
Brett Verified purchase
Excellent quality. Very fast shipping.

The tray looks amazing and fits so well on our Gaggia machine. The design and fit are perfect. Shipping was quick and seller was fast and responsive.
Brian Amato Verified purchase
This really adds a nice finish to my GCP. The low profile, while the reason I purchased this, was second to the beautiful fit and finish.
Travis Cross Verified purchase
Great upgrade from the standard tray
Christian Kemp Verified purchase
Great looking tray, only things i see need improvement is the bottom portion could use a spout on the corner to easily drain, but if your not using your gaggia a lot then i don’t see it being a problem. The seller is aware of this and says they are working on that maybe in future designs. Other then that it is a great replacement for your stock tray.
dholland672 Verified purchase
Tray sits a good bit deeper into the base of machine than pictures show, meaning you lose depth for your scale, and have exposed metal edges of the machine that used to be recessed. Sharp edges on tray. Two piece design allows a good bit of water to not quite find its way into the lower tray. Good effort, needs refinement though.

Craftsmanship is high quality. The product fits perfectly. The shipping was extremely fast and packed very nicely. Some of the edges can feel a bit sharp, however it does not take away from the overall quality.
Cesar Banares Verified purchase
There is a little bump defect in the metal on the top of the tray. It may turn into a rust spot, for now, it’s looking all right.
Merit Verified purchase
Beautiful, more durable than the other 3D printed options out there

Makes my Gaggia look so much higher quality, and has such a higher capacity than my previous plastic low profile drip tray.
david baker Verified purchase
Fast shipping, well-machined item that gives a stylish look to the gaggia. Also feels more resistant to gunk buildup in the drip tray compared to the stock plastic bin. Allows sufficient space for a scale, and/or a larger mug under the group head
