Please note that our order cut-off time is 17:00 (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging.

All prices and information are given in USD ($). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Order/shipping tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order cancellation

Damaged goods
