All transactions on Papel Espresso are conducted in USD ($). Please be aware that your bank may impose additional conversion fees, which are separate from our charges. The final charge to your account will reflect any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

After a successful payment transaction, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing:

  • Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped. To request a cancellation or return, please submit your request through the Returns and Cancellations Form. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
  • Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility for refunds, processing times, and related procedures. Refunds can take up to 10 business days (Mon–Sat) to reflect on your account.
