When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. For custom orders, production may take a little longer, and we will inform you if there are any additional delays. After your order is shipped, you can track its progress via our Order Tracking Page.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, complete the Returns and Cancellations Form. Refunds take up to 10 business days.
