In crafting our products, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction above all. Therefore, we meticulously select our raw materials and shape our production processes with high standards. Here, you’ll find detailed explanations of the raw materials we carefully choose for the durability, safety, and aesthetics of our products:
1. Materials Used for 3D Equipment
In our manufacturing process, we emphasize quality and durability by opting for PLA (Polylactic Acid) material from the renowned German brand Basf for 3D equipment. This material proves to be an ideal choice for our 3D equipment, and for parts exposed to high temperatures and contact with water, we choose PETG. Additionally, for areas requiring even higher temperatures (around 130 degrees Celsius), we prefer PA material. When selecting these materials, our priorities are health, flexibility, and strength. Despite the cost difference, we always choose materials that are one class above in quality, ensuring top-notch and durable production for our customers.
2. Produced Metal Components
For our metal components, we utilize 304 stainless steel products known for their high resistance to rust and corrosion. Our material selection always targets the highest quality and durability. By using quality materials in our production, we ensure that our products are long-lasting and reliable. We choose material thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 2mm, considering production flexibility. During production, we join metal points with the help of lasers. Scratched or non-glossy areas undergo a polishing process, all of which is carried out with our craftsmanship. These detailed processes ensure that our products meet high standards in terms of aesthetics and functionality.
3. Materials Used in Wooden Products
For our wooden products, we prefer industrially produced high-quality wood. These woods undergo special processes, including baking, as part of their industrial production, enhancing their durability. The density and diversity of industrially produced woods make them ideal for our manufacturing, minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, these woods, with their unique textures and veins, provide an aesthetic appearance, enhancing the overall quality of our products. We use varnishes and paints with EN 71-3 certification for the protective and decorative features of our wooden products. This certification ensures the safety of our products for use in areas like children’s toys and baby items. Moreover, our VOC-Free (Solvent-Free) varnishes and paints offer an eco-friendly and human-health-conscious option. This commitment forms a crucial part of our promise to provide users with a reliable and healthy experience.
